It is conceived by the judgement of many that if the courtiers, nobilitie and gentry who are now in rebellion should but be made (as in justice they ought) to pay their just debts, that before this warre, and sithence, in a just way they are ingaged to the citizens and inhabitants in and about this citie, and other places, these ensuing effects would be produced
